One Defendant Arrest Card is to be completed for each defendant listed on a Liquor Case History form. Each card lists defendant's name, address, date of birth, date case made, county name, violation, and agent's name. The bottom half of the card gives brief information on the final disposition of the case. This series serves as an alphabetical index to the Liquor Case History Files (series S-54-90) which are maintained according to county name. It provides the division's personnel with a convenient system to locate information on a case when only a defendant's name is given.
